The firm EXIOM Partners specializes in consulting and Financial Services for companies in the insurance and banking sectors, and works mainly in the fields of Finance, Actuarial, Risk and Compliance with its clients, both on business and project aspects (strategy, IT, organization, transformations, etc.).
EXIOM Partners was founded in 2019 by former partners from major general practice firms, based on the idea of an innovative management model that conveys value for its clients and employees. Job description
You work with various players in the insurance and/or banking sector on a wide range of issues related to the support of General Management, Finance, Risk and Internal Control departments, such as:
Support projects for general and financial directorates:
- Optimization of the functioning of financial departments, transformation of financial functions.
- Optimization of processes, production, accounting control and financial information reporting
- Project support for general, financial, accounting, management control and team transformation, operating models, and processes
- Management of strategic projects and convergence of risk and finance sectors (e.g. target operating model Finance...)
- Support during specific operations: restructuring, acquisitions and sales of businesses, optimization
- Financial due diligence
Financial and regulatory reporting:
- Assistance allowing security in drawing up the accounts of insurance companies or banks
- Financial and accounting analyses and consequences of specific transactions
- Support for the implementation of new normative, regulatory and prudential regulations: local standards, Solvency II, IFRS17 and IFRS9, Basel III, FRTB, MIFID 2...
Financial analysis, management control, reporting:
- Participation in projects to implement or improve management control, organization of financial and business reporting (life insurance, non-life insurance, assistance, etc.)
- Production of performance indicators and management of performance drivers
- Reporting to senior management and boards of directors
Digital & Innovation:
- Project to digitize the Finance/Risk function: Improvement or design of new Finance/Risk/Regulatory data production systems
- Predictive and prescriptive data science, automation and robotization, innovation strategy, incubation,...
Your profile
- A graduate of a bac + 5 from a major engineering school, business school or a university degree recognized on the market, you have a marked appetite for the field of financial services and the organization of financial departments.
- You demonstrate the qualities of adaptation, rigor, proactivity, analytical thinking, team spirit and relational intelligence.
- Open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills and ready to take on new challenges
- You are interested in a “start up” working environment, in a young firm in a phase of strong growth.
