The firm EXIOM Partners specializes in consulting and Financial Services for companies in the insurance and banking sectors, and works mainly in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Actuarial, Risk and Compliance for its clients, both on business and project aspects (strategy, IT, organization, transformations, etc.).

Job description
You work with various players in the insurance and/or banking sector to support financial departments on issues related to consolidation, such as:
Support in the production and analysis of consolidated accounts:
- Support in the production of financial statements in IFRS or French standards
- Consolidation analyses and restatements
- Analyze accounting doctrine in French and IFRS standards, propose solutions
- Use of accounting and financial reporting tools
- Work within the consolidation teams of the various companies
- Support for subsidiaries
- Monitoring of the consolidated financial statements process
- Preparation of economic and financial analyses required by the Directorate
- Manage relationships with the various consolidation stakeholders (auditors, accounting departments, subsidiaries, financial communication, etc.)
Financial analysis, reporting:
- Production of financial and management indicators
- Business analysis/ profitability analysis
- Cash flow analysis
- Reporting to senior management and boards of directors
- Preparation of files for directorates-general and boards of directors
Work on consolidation processes:
- Definition and optimization of consolidation processes
- Setting up analytical reviews
- Implementation of performance indicators and monitoring of account production
- Governance of consolidation systems
- Assistance in changing consolidation tools
- Assistance and advice to ensure the security of the preparation of consolidated accounts
- Support during specific operations: restructuring, acquisitions and sales of businesses.
- Assistance in participating in IFRS (or other) conversion projects
Participation in regulatory monitoring on accounting topics in French and IFRS standards:
- Analyze accounting doctrine in French and IFRS standards, propose solutions
Your profile
- A graduate of a bac + 5, a university degree (master's degree in accounting, control, audit), an I.A.E., a D.S.C.G., a D.E.C., or a major business school, you have 2 to 8 years of experience in an audit, consulting firm or in accounting/consolidation teams on issues related to accounting, consolidation, etc.
- You have a strong appetite for the field of financial services, and have a good general knowledge of related professions.
- You demonstrate the qualities of adaptation, rigor, proactivity, analytical thinking and relational intelligence.
- Curious, open-minded, you have the ambition to take part in a business project and to use the skills you have acquired during your professional experiences.
- The hiring grade will be adapted to the experience level of the profile at the time of recruitment.
