As a Finance Consultant, you will work with our clients on various topics related to finance and financial sectors. Your main responsibilities will include:
Analysis and strategic advice :
- Support general and financial departments in their strategic decisions (process optimization, cost management, digitalization of the finance function).
- Conduct financial impact studies and develop appropriate recommendations.
Project Management :
- Participate in transformation projects, especially on regulatory compliance issues.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure the follow-up of deadlines, budgets and deliverables.
Optimization of financial processes :
- Diagnose existing processes (accounting closure, management control, reporting) and propose solutions to improve them.
- Participate in the implementation of digital tools (ERP, management tools, etc.) to accelerate the efficiency of operations.
Audit missions:
- Conduct legal and contractual audits on financial and operational issues in order to assess compliance, data reliability, and the effectiveness of internal processes.
- Identify risks, propose recommendations and ensure their effective implementation.
Financial due diligence missions:
- Analyze financial statements as part of acquisition projects (acquisition due diligence or Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) review) or sale (VDD) projects.
- Facilitate Q&A sessions.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to inform management decision making.
Your profile
- A graduate of a bac + 5 from a major school of engineering, business or a recognized university education in the accounting and/or audit market (Master CCA or DSCG), you have a strong appetite for accounting, the field of financial services and for the organization of financial departments and you have at least 4 years of experience in finance/project management in a company or in a firm.
- You demonstrate the qualities of adaptation, rigor, proactivity, analytical spirit, team spirit and relational intelligence.
- Open-minded with excellent relationships and ready to take on new challenges.
- You are interested in a “start-up” working environment, in a young firm in a phase of strong growth.
The position, on a permanent contract, is based in Lyon and will be subject to occasional trips.
You will evolve within a team from Lyon composed of a dozen employees.
