Exiom Partners specializes in Financial Services for companies in the insurance and banking sectors, and mainly works in Finance, Risk and Compliance for its clients, both on the business side and on the IT side.
Exiom Partners was founded in 2019 by former partners from large generalist firms, on the idea of an innovative management model that conveys values for its clients and employees. You work with various players in the insurance and banking sector on a wide range of issues, such as:

You are supported in your missions by experienced consultants who ensure that they provide you with the support and knowledge you need to carry out your work, and allow you to progress at your own pace and quickly gain autonomy and responsibility.
Your profile
- A graduate of a bac + 5 from a major engineering school, business school or university, you are motivated by advice and ideally have a first successful internship experience in this field or with players in the insurance market.
- Curious, open-minded, you know how to demonstrate adaptability, pragmatism and autonomy. Your rigor, your involvement and your strong capacity for learning allow you to be quickly operational on any type of mission.
- You have good writing, analysis and synthesis skills, and know how to structure your ideas to develop a relevant work approach. We can also count on your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to work in a team.
